From City Centre

• At Drake Circus bear left on the A374 (signposted Liskeard, Tavistock).
• At North Cross Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A386.
• At Pennycomequick Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A386 (signposted Saltash)
• Bear right onto the A386
• Follow for 3 miles taking signs for Tavistock until you pass on your left a retail park with B&Q, M&S and a KFC. Next Roundabout.
• At Derriford roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Derriford Road and go past the hospital on your right.
• Turn right onto Research Way marked Tamar Science Park.
• The large white Building immediately on your right is the Cardio Analytics Building in which you will find the Peninsula Spine and Joint Clinic.

From A38

• Take the A386 exit.
• At Manadon Junction Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A386/Tavistock Rd ramp
• Merge onto A386/Tavistock Rd
• Follow for 1.5 miles taking signs for Tavistock until you pass on your left a retail park with B&Q, M&S and a KFC. Next Roundabout.
• At Derriford roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Derriford Road and go past the hospital on your right.
• Turn right onto Research Way marked Tamar Science Park.
• The large white Building immediately on your right is the Cardio Analytics Building in which you will find the Peninsula Spine and Joint Clinic.
